Call for Volunteers for Leadership Formation Program

Pathways to Higher Education is looking for volunteers willing to facilitate the Leadership Formation Program (LFP) for our college participants.
The LFP aims to help students better understand themselves in the context of being a leader. It also aims to develop their leadership skills rooted in the Pathways core values. It also aims to help students realize the value of leadership in contributing to society’s growth.
We need volunteers who:
- are youthful and dynamic
- can commit 3 weekends (September 4&5, November 6&7 and February 5&6)
- are passionate about serving the country
No experience needed as volunteers will undergo training in facilitation and workshop content before the actual LFP sessions on August 21 from 8am to 5pm.
The LFP sessions promise to be 3 weekends of fun and discovery both for our Pathways students and volunteers!
