Alay ni Ignacio (ANI), an organization that helps academically gifted but financially underprivileged public high school students get quality higher education, was recognized as one of the Ten Accomplished Youth Organizations (TAYO) in the country last August August 14, 2006 at a ceremony held at the MalcaƱang Palace.

Since 2000, ANI, the official youth arm of Pathways to Higher Education, has been holding advanced summer tutorial classes that focus not only on academic subjects but also and more importantly on the holistic formation of its participants. To date the organization has helped more than 400 students.
The recognition from the TAYO Awards Committee, under the office of Senator Kiko Pangilinan and the National Youth Commission, is a step forward in its vision of helping more students in the country by inspiring other youth organizations to duplicate the work that they do.
