Help the family and the community
We believe that the level of parent interest and enthusiasm for education is an integral part of the success of the Pathways program. Thus it is important that the parents of our participants are actively involved and not just passive supporters of their children. We also aim to develop relationships within families, to empower them to mold their children as future leaders, and to inspire their communities towards national development.
The Community Development Unit of Pathways addresses the need to create Mutual Support Groups within communities, independently organizing and developing projects, and influencing other people in achieving quality education for their children.
Continuous Learning Experiences
Pathways aims to create and continuously improve parenting modules, trainings on personal and interpersonal skills, livelihood skills and entrepreneurship, and effective collective leadership.
Credit and Livelihood Access
Our community program is focused on proposing, developing, implementing and managing an effective savings, loans and livelihood program where Pathways families are more involved than just simply being beneficiaries.
Community Building and Involvement
We also aim to strengthen, promote and expand Pathways and its Mutual Support Groups through various group and community oriented activities.
